Train for Childbirth

If you were running a marathon, you’d be training for it. It makes sense to think about pregnancy and childbirth the same way. The right stretches and exercises (including Kegels) can prevent pregnancy problems like back pain, calf pain and headaches while they prepare your mind and body for labor and delivery. And staying within your recommended weight can help prevent varicose veins, hemorrhoids and incontinence.

Call 610-402-CARE for more information about exercise classes for pregnant women.
